Welcome to SADAD, an e-payment and online store application developed by Sefrone, an Algerian software development company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SADAD app, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.




1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SADAD, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

SADAD provides the following Services:

  • E-Payment Solutions: Secure and convenient payment processing for businesses and individuals.
  • Online Store Platform: Tools to create, manage, and operate online stores.
  • Related Services: Customer support, transaction management, and other features to enhance your experience.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws in Algeria.

5. E-Payment Services

If you use SADAD's e-payment services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to electronic payments in Algeria.
  • Be responsible for any fees, taxes, or charges associated with your transactions.
  • Acknowledge that we reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to users.

SADAD is not responsible for any disputes between you and third-party payment processors or financial institutions.




6. Online Store Services

If you use SADAD's online store services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce in Algeria.
  • Be responsible for the content, products, and services you offer through your online store.
  • Ensure that your use of SADAD does not infringe on the rights of others.

SADAD reserves the right to remove any content or suspend your account if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Your use of SADAD is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.




8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sefrone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of SADAD. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the past six months. Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sefrone harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of SADAD, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SADAD at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.




11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of SADAD shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Algeria, as required by Algerian law.




12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or within the SADAD app, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
